John Chaimanis
Managing Director
Mr. Chaimanis is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure. His work focuses on all aspects of the business including setting the strategic direction, deal sourcing, financial structuring and asset management. Prior to Kendall, Mr. Chaimanis worked with a subsidiary of Edison International in California where he developed and acquired over $500M of energy projects, installing 250MW of renewable energy assets. Mr. Chaimanis is published and has lectured to universities on the topic of energy markets and renewables. Prior to his career in energy, Mr. Chaimanis co-founded a charter school. Mr. Chaimanis holds an M.B.A. from Babson College, and a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University. He has earned certification from US SIF for Sustainable and Responsible Investing (SRI).
Ken Lehman
Managing Director
Mr. Lehman currently serves as Managing Director of Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure. He has been with Kendall Investments since its inception in 2004. Mr. Lehman’s work includes deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiation and ongoing asset management. Prior to Kendall, Mr. Lehman’s work includes experience at private equity management company BDC Financial, Inc. and at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. Mr. Lehman’s experience includes work as an attorney, an investor and an asset manager. Mr. Lehman holds a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, an M.A. from Harvard University and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Eric Luesebrink
Partner
Mr. Luesebrink joined Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure in 2022 as a Partner. He focuses primarily on business origination and development as well as commercial strategy for the firm. Mr. Luesebrink was previously a Senior Vice President, Development at ENGIE where he oversaw the origination, development and acquisition of distributed solar and storage projects. Prior to ENGIE, Eric held a series of roles at Edison International and its various subsidiaries, including Edison Energy, Edison Mission Energy and Edison Capital. Responsibilities included origination and development of wind and solar opportunities, renewable asset financing and various strategic initiatives. At EME, the team acquired, developed and constructed nearly 1,800 MW of wind projects located throughout the US. Prior to joining Edison, Eric worked in the project finance group at the Fluor Corporation where he evaluated major infrastructure project investments. Eric received a Bachelor’s from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA in Finance from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Ben Einsohn
Asset Management
Ben Einsohn joined Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure in 2020 as a part of the Asset Management Team. He is responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury functions, and portfolio maintenance at KSI. Previously, Ben was a Senior Manager in the audit practice at Deloitte servicing clients in the alternative asset management industry. Mr. Einsohn holds a M.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University, a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida, and is a CPA in Massachusetts.
Morgan Doherty
Asset Management
Morgan joined Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure in 2023 as an Assistant Asset Manager. Her responsibilities include maintaining the firm’s operating portfolio, financial reporting, accounting, and cash management. Prior to KSI, Morgan worked at the Cape Cod 5 Bank. Morgan holds a B.A. in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Paul Schmieder
Business Development
Paul Schmieder joined KSI in 2019. His responsibilities include new business development, project management, due diligence, investment analysis and negotiation of acquisition and financing documents. Prior to Kendall, Mr. Schmieder worked as a consultant for tax equity investors identifying renewable energy opportunities. Previously, Mr. Schmieder was a senior banker responsible for originating and executing asset-backed financings. He holds a B.S. from the University of Rhode Island.

Jones
Business Development
Emily Jones joined Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure in 2022. Her responsibilities include new business
development, project management, due diligence, and investment analysis. Prior to Kendall, Emily worked in sustainable project management at an affordable housing company. During her time there she assisted in the development and management of solar assets for the portfolio. She holds
a B.S. in Environmental Science from Northeastern University.
Ron Glandian
Business Development
Ron Glandian joined Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure in 2018. His responsibilities include new business development, project management, due diligence, and investment analysis. Prior to Kendall, Ron’s work includes developing hundreds of solar systems in southern California as a project manager and analyst. He holds a B.A. from Boston University.
Robert Young
Business Development
Robert joined Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure in 2023. His responsibilities include new business development, project management, due diligence, and investment analysis. Prior to KSI, Robert worked in behind-the-meter energy efficiency, leading government Energy Savings Performance Contracts through development and construction. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS in Geology from Yale University.
Ariana Patterson

Ariana joined Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure in 2023. Her responsibilities include new business development, project management, due diligence, and investment analysis. Prior to KSI, Ariana worked as a member of the Agriculture Capabilities & Insights team at McKinsey and researched marine microplastics. She holds a BS in Environmental Science from Northeastern University.

Kathryn Berger

Kathryn joined Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure in 2023 as an Associate. Her responsibilities include office management, marketing, investor communications and asset management. Prior to KSI, Kathryn worked at PureTech Health. Kathryn holds a B.A. in Business and Psychology from the University of Rochester.
